Learning to listen 

To successfully communicate with the world around us, we need to be in tune with ourselves.

Being aware of our needs and limitations is the prerequisite to physical and mental wellbeing. 

Learning to be present

In our weekly yoga and mindfulness sessions, we practice listening to our bodies, recognize our boundaries and pro-actively decide how much we want to challenge ourselves.

Breathing exercises help us learn how to calm the mind and keep a clear head beyond the mat.

We practice standing tall and upright and being fully present at the moment - a tool that also helps us to be focused and present in our professional lives.

And we also learn to let go - of distractions and thought patterns that are no longer helpful.
